Welcome Home USS Dubuque!!

It was a rainy, cold and gloomy morning, but that couldn’t keep down the excitement as Sailors and Marines aboard the USS Dubuque came home today after a long 6 month deployment.  It was an honor and a priveledge to be there to see these families reunited!
